Booking and cancellation conditions

IMPORTANT: For individual customers and for regional event weekends, these cancellation conditions can be deviated from by either extending or shortening the cancellation period. This is always agreed on a per-booking basis by phone or email.

Between 1.11.- 31.3.

Log Cottage and Old Store Cottage reservations

The customer can cancel their reservation free of charge one month before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made later than this and the cottage can not be rented to another customer, the customer pays the full value of the reservation. Extra beds are not invoiced in case of cancellation. If the reservation is made later than one month before the arrival date, the cancellation condition will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Room reservations

The customer can cancel their reservation free of charge two weeks before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made later than this and the room can not be rented to another customer, the customer pays the full value of the reservation. If the reservation is made later than two weeks before the arrival date, the cancellation condition will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.

If the cancellation is made later than this and the cottage can not be rented to another customer, the customer pays the full value of the reservation. Room reservations

The customer can cancel their weekend reservation free of charge one week before the arrival date, and their weekday reservation 3 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made later than this and the room cannot be rented to another customer, the customer pays the full value of the reservation.
