These changes must always be negotiated separately either by telephone or email.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-34946672\">\n\n\t<div id=\"col-1561126459\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 150%;\">Reservations and Payment<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>All reservations must be paid in full two weeks before the reservation date via the online payment link provided in the confirmation message for the reservation. Reservations made through the webshop must be paid for at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<p>The minimum age for the person making a reservation is 22 years. Keys to the accommodation will not be given to persons under the age of 22 years.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\">Please Note<br \/><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Messil\u00e4 Log cottages do not include wooden outdoor tubs and bringing your own tub, or a rental tub is prohibited.<\/p>\n<p>The charging point for electric cars is in the parking area next to the main building of Hotel Messil\u00e4. Charging electric cars from any other outlets is prohibited. If ordinary electric outlets are used to charge an electric car a guest doing so will be fined 500 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>Parking motor homes \/ campers in front of Messil\u00e4 Log cottages is prohibited and a guest doing so will be fined 500 \u20ac. There are parking spaces for visiting vehicles located at the Log cottage village and we request that visitors of guests use those designated areas. Trailer and motor home spaces can be inquired after from Messil\u00e4 Camping Tel. +358 3 876 290.<\/p>\n<p>In general pets are not allowed in Messil\u00e4 accommodations. However, there are a few exceptions to this rule, and Messil\u00e4 offers accommodation options where pets are welcome too. Guests need to include their pet in their reservation, so that they can be offered a pet friendly option. The extra fee for pets is 20 \u20ac \/ stay. This extra fee will not be reimbursed unless in the event of a cancellation, unless it is correctly included in the cancellation in advance. If a pet is brought into the accommodation without permission, Messil\u00e4 will collect a 50 \u20ac fee.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-1409228323\">\n\n\t<div id=\"col-436952767\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 150%;\">Cancellations<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"59\" data-end=\"241\">The accommodation reservation must be paid in advance no later than two (2) weeks before the arrival date. Reservations made through the online store must be paid at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"243\" data-end=\"395\">A reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to two (2) weeks before arrival. However, a processing fee of 40 \u20ac will be charged for the cancellation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"397\" data-end=\"635\">If the reservation is cancelled one (1) week before arrival, we will charge 50% of the total price of the reservation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"397\" data-end=\"635\">If the reservation is cancelled less than one week before arrival, the full price of the reservation will be charged.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"859\"><strong data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"657\">Cases of Illness<\/strong><br data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"660\" \/>Cancellations due to illness are always handled individually. The d\u00e9cor of the accommodation may vary.<\/p>\n<p>Parking is free of charge.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\">Customer Conduct at Messil\u00e4 Maailma Oy<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Guests at Messil\u00e4 Maailma Oy are expected to observe good manners and regulations. If a guest violates these rules, they may be ejected from the hotel. The accommodation and the price of any ordered additional services must still be paid, and the refund of a payment already made cannot be demanded.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\">Messil\u00e4 Maailma Oy\u2019s responsibility for customer\u2019s property<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Hotel Messil\u00e4 at Messil\u00e4 Maailma Oy does not have storage lockers or safes available for the use of hotel guests. Hotel Messil\u00e4 has a luggage room, where guests can store their luggage. Please note that the luggage room does not have security surveillance and therefore customers store their luggage in the room at their own risk. For security reasons, Messil\u00e4 Maailma Oy is under no obligation to store items of high value or items that could jeopardize the safety of our staff or guests.<\/p>\n<p>Messil\u00e4 Maailma Oy is not responsible for any damage to, or disappearance of, vehicles parked in the parking lots, or items left inside the vehicle. There is no security surveillance in the parking lot and Messil\u00e4 Maailma Oy is not responsible for the customer&#8217;s items left in the car.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\">Customer\u2019s liability for damage<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The customer is liable for any damage that they, their guest or their pet intentionally or negligently cause (e.g. by smoking in the room) to the accommodation at Messil\u00e4 Maailma Oy or other premises, furniture or other equipment, or to other customers or their property at Messil\u00e4 Maailma Oy. Liability for damage is determined in accordance with general damage liability principles.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\">Breakfast<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Breakfast is included in the Hotel and Old Store room prices. For guests staying at the Log cottages or Yl\u00f6stalo, breakfast can be purchased separately for the price of 15 \u20ac \/ adults, 10 \u20ac \/ 4-11 years and 5 \u20ac \/ under 4 years.<\/p>\n<p>Breakfast is served at the Manor Restaurant during winter season from 8 AM to 10 AM. Outside of winter season breakfast will be brought into the refrigerator in the accommodation.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\">Ski pass and Ski gear Rental Offers for Guests<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Guests can purchase Ski passes for special prices at the Hotel Messil\u00e4 Reception and Messil\u00e4 Ticket Sales. Please note that guests must tell that they are staying at Messil\u00e4 in order to get the special Ski pass prices from Ticket Sales.<\/p>\n<p>During skiing season 24\/25 Day pass\u00a0 30 \u20ac \/ over 11 years and \u00a020 \u20ac \/ 6-11 years and over 65 years. The keycard is not included in this price, it must be purchased separately for 6 \u20ac and cannot be returned.<\/p>\n<p>During skiing season 24\/25 rental shop SkiMac offers a 10 % discount on day long ski gear rentals. Guest will receive this discount at SkiMac, when they show their Ski pass.<\/p>\n<p>The special prices on Ski passes and Ski gear rentals apply only to guests, who have booked their stay through Messil\u00e4 Maailma Oy.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\">The Saunas at Hotel Messil\u00e4<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>During skiing season 24\/25 on Saturdays the saunas at Hotel Messil\u00e4 are available from 5 PM to 9 PM to all guests who have booked their stay through Messil\u00e4 Maailma Oy unless the Saunas have been booked for an event. There is no extra fee for the use of the sauna.<\/p>\n<p>The saunas are located on the first floor of Hotel Messil\u00e4 next to the hotel reception.<\/p>\n<p>There are two separate saunas, shower rooms, and toilets for men and women. The saunas also have hairdryers, single use peflets, and hair&amp;body soap for the guests. There are also two shared lounges next to the saunas.<\/p>\n<p>The saunas and lounges are alcohol dispensing areas and therefore guests are not allowed to bring their own drinks to the saunas. Sauna drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic can be purchased from the hotel reception.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\">Hotel Messil\u00e4 Opening Hours<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Hotel Messil\u00e4\u2019s opening hours vary depending on the time of the year. Please find more detailed opening hours for the hotel reception in the time table below.<\/p>\n<p>Check-in is at 2 PM. Check-out is by 12 PM on the day of departure. Messil\u00e4 seeks to offer earlier check-in and later check-out within possibilities without extra fee.<\/p>\n<p>Hotel Messil\u00e4 reception is not open at night.
