The reservaation is considered confirmed, when it is received.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-407249210\">\n\n\t<div id=\"col-1415959725\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 150%;\">Conference and Celebration Package<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Conference and celebration packages always refers to the package price that includes predetermined services. Packages cannot be broken into parts, which means that the package will be billed based on the list price and does not take into account last minute changes into participant numbers, or whether guests used services listed in the package or not. The buyer can however notify Messil\u00e4&#8217;s sales services one week in advance of any changes to the number of guests\u00a0 if this affects the pricing of catering.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-234218742\">\n\n\t<div id=\"col-1941575218\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 150%;\">Venue Rent<\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\">Conferences<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>All conference reservations include a screen, whiteboard, projector and internet connection to every meeting room. The price includes group work rooms, which need to be reserved separately.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\">Weddings and Celebrations<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Half of the venue rent is charged when making the reservation. This charge is non-refundable.<\/p>\n<p>The venue rent includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Table linen, tableware, silverware.<\/li>\n<li>Furnishing the space, and final cleaning.<\/li>\n<li>serving staff.<\/li>\n<li>two 1 hour planning meetings.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00a0 screen, whiteboard, projector and internet connection available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-976323504\">\n\n\t<div id=\"col-1532915118\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 150%;\">Special Arrangements<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>If Messil\u00e4 Maailma Oy performs any special arrangements agreed upon with the client, such as furnishing the venue, decorations, temporary construction, or programme, the client commits to pay for any and all costs that these special arrangements cause. Any and all special arrangements and the possible costs will be agreed upon before hand with the client.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 100%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\">Temporary Structures<\/span><br \/><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The client does not have the right to make changes to the venues that they have reserved, such as erect or fasten temporary structures, guideposts, etc. without agreeing on it before hand with Messil\u00e4 Maailma Oy.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-2062931204\">\n\n\t<div id=\"col-67745820\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 150%;\">Creating the Event<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>We request that the client hands in a detailed plan for the event one week before the event at the latest, which includes the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Number of guests<\/li>\n<li>Accommodation list<\/li>\n<li>Time table, times for meals, and any special dietary information<\/li>\n<li>any conference equipment<\/li>\n<li>A contact person for the event<\/li>\n<li>The selected menu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 100%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\">Number of Guests<\/span><br \/><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The number of guests must be confirmed one week before the event at the very latest. After this date Messil\u00e4 Maailma Oy has the right to bill for the estimated number of guests. If the realized number of guests goes over the estimated number of guests, Messil\u00e4 Maailma has the right to bill the client for the realized number of guests.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 100%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\">Restaurant Services<\/span><br \/><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>All catering must come through Messil\u00e4 Maailma Oy. The catering order must be made at the latest one week before the event, otherwise Messil\u00e4 Maailma Oy cannot guarantee the availability of the menu items.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-1720791181\">\n\n\t<div id=\"col-1630594459\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 150%;\">The Client&#8217;s Responsibility<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The client is required to protect the venue and furnishings therein from damage. The client is responsible for any and all damages that the client&#8217;s equipment, personnel, performers, audience or guests cause to the premises, or the movables on the premises. The client is responsible for the equipment and movables that they bring to the premises. The client commits to following\u00a0 for any and all guidelines that the staff at Messil\u00e4 Maailma Oy give regarding the building, furnishings, and equipment. The client must name a contact person, who is responsible for the event.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-1154304044\">\n\n\t<div id=\"col-434616045\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 150%;\">Payment Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The event is billed according to the realized number of guests. If the realized number of guests is higher than the confirmed number of guests, the billing occurs according to the realized number of guests.\u00a0 The billing fee is 8 \u20ac. All prices include tax. Messil\u00e4 Maailma Oy reserves the right to price changes before reservation confirmation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-544815064\">\n\n\t<div id=\"col-408318605\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 150%;\">Cancellations<\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\">Conferences<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>If the client cancels the venue or conference package reservation, they will be billed for cancellation fees according to the confirmed prices for the duration of the reservation, according to the table below. If the reservation is made close to the reservation date the terms of the cancellation will be agreed upon individually.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\">Weddings and other Celebrations<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The reservation fee is non-refundable.
