Saunas at Hotel Messilä

private sauna reservations are available only for groups. Otherwise the saunas are available for guests at hotel Messilä during their regular opening hours.

Hotel Messilä has two separate saunas for men and women, with wash- and dressing rooms, as well as two lounge areas. One of the lounges has a spacious dinner table for our guests. Please note that Hotel Messilä’s saunas are a part of the hotel’s licensed area, and guests are not allowed to bring their own beverages to the saunas or lounges. The sauna lounges have refrigerators, wherein guests can make a drink order for their group. Hotel Messilä also offers catering to the saunas for guests.

Jump Up – event Services

Jump Up offers quad bike safaris, outdoor activity gear and other event services with years of experience. 

if need be, we can reserve the rustic blacksmith’s forge as a break place for the activity. 

Ski-Doo snowmobile trip for two 140 € hour including gear.

LHS Ski School Messilä

During winter season LHS Ski School organizes teaching in downhill skiing, snowboarding, telemark skiing, and crosscountry skiing. 

4event – Wellness Services

4event is a professional event and wellness services business, which plans and produces events and programs for Messilä’s groups and business guests. These events are always designed to support the programme’s of the conferences and events that Messilä’s guests have in their itinerary. All activities and events are available for the whole group, or part of the group all year round. 4 offers a variety of indoor and outdoor activities for events of all sizes.

Kitetirri Outdoors – experience services for groups and bike rental with service

Salpausselkä Geopark’s gravel and mountain bike trails are famous for their stunning scenery, greenery and suitable elevation differences. Kitetirri Outdoors provides rental bikes and organizes guided tours for Messilä customers. We provide serviced bikes, the best routes and, if necessary, a knowledgeable, experienced local guide. You can access the Salpausselkä Geopark trails directly from Messilä’s yard. Päijät-Häme is a cyclist’s paradise.

We provide high-quality guided tours and serviced bikes. Experienced local guide, we speak fluent German and English.

Okeroisten talli

Vain 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Messilästä sijaitsee Okeroisten talli, joka on yksi harvoista Laatutalleista Suomessa. Okeroisten tallilla hevoset elävät mahdollisimman luonnonmukaisesti aktiivipihatossaan, yhdessä laumassa. Tallilla toimii tasokas SRL:n hyväksymä ratsastuskoulu. Kokonaisuuteen kuuluu 23 x 75 m maneesi sekä iso laidunalue makuutalleineen.
