The most convenient way of getting to Messilä from the Helsinki capitol area is to hop onto the SkiBus. Ski Express runs based on advance bookings, so if you wish to ensure you have a seat on the bus, be sure to book it in advance according to the guidelines below.
Ski season 25/26
SkiBus operates between the Helsinki capitol area and Messilä every Saturday.
- Taking the SkiBus requires you to book your trip in advance.
- The advance booking is binding and must be made by 12 PM on Friday the week of the trip.
- Book your trip on the Reissu Ruoti website with the signup sheet.
- Please fill in all the required sections of the signup sheet and remember that every passenger needs to fill out their own signup sheet.
- Payment only with card.

6 hour ski pass and roundtrip € 65 pr person. The single use keycard is included in the price.
During the winter season 25/26, Reissu Ruoti will operate, in additon to the SkiExperess bus, a separate transport service from Marolankatu (Lahti city center) to Messilä and back!
